ok, all looks like ever, but this shot is now with conky only, i used no nowplaying screenlet!
Yeah, i did it! The cover and the scrolling current song´s infos are all drawn by conky!
my script is for SONATA/MPD only!!!!!
with other players you have to change my bash-script
i´ll release it next days, but i have to write the readme first
the pack will also include the toggle on/off conky "panelextension"

i've been trying to draw from conky for quite some time now, and I haven't figured out yet. as i understand it, you used a script, then executed it with conky, is that right?
